Firearms for Stage: safety and scene study

June 29 and 30, 11 am to 3 pm.

“I grew up in a world of adventurers, daring detectives, wild mysteries, fun fantasy, and of course, theatre ghosts. I've been fortunate enough to spend my adult years sharing many of the elements and stories I was so touched by as a child, and finding new ways to present classic tales.”

Zach is a multi-award winning actor, director, fight director, illusionist, spfx designer, and armorer with over 20 years of professional experience across Canada.

As an overseer of both safety and dramatic flair, Zach has been responsible for the careful coordination of choreography and the direction of danger on many epic productions. Most recently, he co-directed, choreographed, designed spfx and provided armoring services for his 4th production of CLUE, which is currently playing at the Segal Center in Montreal.

“We evolved on a space rock hurdling 67,000 mph through an ever expanding universe with nearly infinite possibilities for disaster and wonder.
And I make people laugh.
And feel.
And come together.
In little boxes to blackout all the other distractions, we gather.
And just take in stories.
Since time immemorial.
I collaborate, encourage and guide other artists too.
And keep us all safe while we tell our stories.
What are the odds?”
